SAÏA Brunch Club with Paola's Body Barre at The Ned Hotel

This edition of the SAÏA Brunch Club we partnered with one of the most celebrated fitness instructors in the industry; Paola di Lanzo founder of Paola's Body Barre. 

Her PBB method is a blend of pilates, barre and yoga and has been one of London's biggest fitness trends, endorsed by celebrities and taught across multiple clubs and studios in London including her own in Fulham.

During the meditation, Paola read some powerful words from Roxie Nafousi's 'Manifest' book. 

Our official partner for this edition, the SAÏA Brunch Club was the luxurious Ned Hotel, housed in the historic grade I listed building in the heart of the City. SAÏA took over their fully restored, sixth floor. The 1920's inspired decor gave the SAÏA Brunch Club an entirely new look. 

As always the day was completed with a delicious vegetarian brunch which took place at the Prince's Dome in the roof followed by networking on the terrace to soak in the beautiful Summer sun.

In addition to this we had Kooky, a brand that make delicious freeze-dried fruit.

Freeze-dried makes the fruit puffy and crunchy - like healthy popcorn. Only 46 calories per pack!

Press drinks gave us their highly popular green smoothies and OHMG gave us some beautiful sparkling water cans filled with Magnesium and natural fruit flavours.
