We have warehouses in the USA and the UK which enables us to provide free shipping to both of these countries.

We ship to most other countries in the world with a subsidised shipping rate. View our list of countries here. 

If your country is not listed as a shipping destination all this means is we may have to add your order manually. Please e-mail support@saialondon.com and a team member will be very happy to assist you.

For all deliveries in the USA, UK and EU no duties nor taxes apply and you do not need to worry about any additional charges. 

Please kindly note that for all orders delivered outside of the USA, UK and EU, duties and taxes may apply. The recipient of the package is responsible for these charges and may need to pay the courier company directly in order to complete delivery.

The transit times vary from country to country.

For UK please allow 2 to 3 working days 

For US orders you will have to check out from our us store us.saialondon.com 3 to 5 working days.

All international shipments outside the US are shipped from our UK warehouse. For European countries the estimated time is between 3 to 5 days.

For any other remote countries the shipment may take anywhere between 5 and 10 days.

You can return your SAÏA London product for a refund within 30 days of the date on which it was received.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that was used for purchase. Please note, we cannot refund the delivery cost.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with original proof of purchase.

If the bag is damaged, dirty, shows signs of wear and tear or is not in the original box and dust bag, it will not be accepted for a refund.

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Always retain proof of postage. The refund will be processed once package reaches our facilities.
